What is your return policy?
UK customers have 14 days to cancel their order from the delivery date. Items should be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system to help protect your personal and payment information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist, however once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders are usually delivered within 10–20 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a £2.99 standard shipping fee applies. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to follow your delivery via the carrier’s website. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after dispatch.
