1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be amended or cancelled
2. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our website for guidance only
- Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control
- Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high demand, or other external circumstances
Delivery time estimates begin once an order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses unless stated otherwise
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown prior to payment
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Where applicable, prices include VAT

7. Delivery Issues
a) Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address
- Orders returned due to incorrect address details may not be eligible for a refund
b) Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate
- We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery carrier
c) Marked as Delivered
- If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, you must contact the carrier directly
- We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier
8. Partial Deliveries
- Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments
- This does not affect the total price paid or your statutory rights
9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
- If an order is refused or not collected and returned, we do not guarantee a refund unless required by law
- Any additional costs incurred may be deducted where legally permitted
10. Risk and Ownership
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided
- Ownership of goods passes once payment has been received in full
